Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, and dried herbs. Season with salt and pepper, then toss gently to coat evenly.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta turns golden and creamy.
- While roasting, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Remove the roasted dish from the oven. Mash some tomatoes and feta to create a sauce. Mix with the cooked pasta until evenly coated.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves, red pepper flakes, and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve hot.
