Ingredients
Scale
- 12 slider buns or mini sandwich rolls
- 8 large eggs
- 8 slices of crispy bacon
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese or your favorite melting cheese
- 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or cooking spray for the buns
- Optional toppings: sliced avocado, tomato, or hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly butter or spray the slider buns with cooking spray, then toast them for about 5 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook gently, stirring until fluffy and cooked through, or scramble for softer eggs.
- Assemble each slider by placing a slice of cheese on the bottom bun, adding a spoonful of scrambled eggs, a slice of bacon, a second slice of cheese if desired, then topping with the top bun.
- Arrange sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts. Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra gooeyness, watching carefully to prevent burning.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds or in an air fryer for crispy edges.
- Customize with different cheeses or add vegetables like sautéed spinach or bell peppers.
