Start your day with delicious homemade breakfast sliders featuring crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, melted cheese, all nestled in soft slider buns. Perfect for busy mornings, brunch, or weekend family gatherings, these bacon, egg, and cheese sliders are a satisfying and convenient breakfast solution that everyone will love.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 12 sliders

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns or mini sandwich rolls
  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 slices of crispy bacon
  • 8 slices of cheddar cheese or your favorite melting cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or cooking spray for the buns
  • Optional toppings: sliced avocado, tomato, or hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly butter or spray the slider buns with cooking spray, then toast them for about 5 minutes until golden.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook gently, stirring until fluffy and cooked through, or scramble for softer eggs.
  3. Assemble each slider by placing a slice of cheese on the bottom bun, adding a spoonful of scrambled eggs, a slice of bacon, a second slice of cheese if desired, then topping with the top bun.
  4. Arrange sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts. Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra gooeyness, watching carefully to prevent burning.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds or in an air fryer for crispy edges.
  • Customize with different cheeses or add vegetables like sautéed spinach or bell peppers.
