Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked beef, stirring well to coat evenly. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Serve the beef over rice or cauliflower rice. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and optional toppings like shredded carrots or cucumber slices.
