- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place beef pieces in the slow cooker.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Pour garlic butter over beef and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until beef is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of soy sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve with vegetables or over rice for a complete meal.
