  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Slice the smoked sausage into thin rounds. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
