Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
  3. Transfer beef mixture to slow cooker. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  5. Add uncooked macaroni during the last 30 minutes; cook until tender.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • For a thicker sauce, cook uncovered for the last 30 minutes.
