Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Whisk until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently. Do not overmix. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
