- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Chopped nuts or dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Whisk until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently. Do not overmix. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
