Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Combine mashed bananas, sugars, and oil in a large bowl. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined. Fold in optional nuts or chocolate chips if desired. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
