  • Total Time: 30 mins
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite shape)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble once cooled, reserving some bacon drippings.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add cooked chicken, season with salt and pepper, and warm through.
  4. Reduce heat to low, stir in ranch dressing, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Add cooked pasta and toss well. For extra flavor, toss in halved cherry tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For best results, serve immediately to enjoy the creamy texture.
  • Use cooked shredded chicken for added convenience.
  • You can substitute fresh cherry tomatoes with sun-dried tomatoes for a different flavor profile.
