- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add heavy cream or milk, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined. Mix in half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce mixture and toss to coat. Incorporate cooked vegetables or proteins if desired.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer pasta mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Garnish with chopped basil or parsley before serving.
