- 1 package vegan pizza dough
- 1 cup vegan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the vegan pizza dough onto a floured surface.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded vegan cheese and chopped vegetables over the sauce.
- Roll the dough into a tight log and cut into 1-inch slices.
- Place slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add vegan olives or mushrooms.
- Serve with a side of marinara dipping sauce.
