- 3 cups sliced apples (Granny Smith or Fuji)

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix softened butter, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Stir in flour until crumbly. Press half of the mixture into the dish as the crust.
- In a bowl, toss sliced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg. Spread apples evenly over the crust.
- Combine oats, brown sugar, and salt to make the crumble topping. Sprinkle evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Cool before slicing.
Notes
- You can substitute with pear slices for a different flavor.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
