- 8 ounces smoked salmon, sliced into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange cucumber slices on a serving platter.
- Spread a small amount of cream cheese on each cucumber slice.
- Top with a piece of smoked salmon.
- Garnish with chopped dill and a tiny sprig of dill or lemon zest if desired.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute cream cheese with hummus or avocado spread. Can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 2 hours.
