Easy to prepare and packed with flavor, it’s your new go-to meal for satisfying and impressive dining.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz spaghetti or your favorite pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large salted pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Peel and devein the shrimp if not already done. Mince garlic and chop parsley.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add remaining 1 tbsp olive oil to the same skillet. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, stir continuously, then add Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Add cooked pasta and shrimp back into the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything in the sauce and heat through. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning and garlic amount according to your taste preferences.
  • For a healthier version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
