Ingredients

- 12 oz (340 g) pasta (penne or farfalle)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 oz (170 g) bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add shredded chicken and warm through.
- Stir in ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and crumbled bacon. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute with turkey bacon or plant-based bacon for a different flavor.
- For a thicker sauce, add a little cream or increase cheese amounts.
