A rich and creamy Boursin chicken pasta dish combining tender chicken, al dente pasta, and a velvety cheese sauce, garnished with fresh herbs.

  • 8 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or your choice)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 oz Boursin cheese (garlic & herbs flavor)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream and Boursin cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
