- 8 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or your choice)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 oz Boursin cheese (garlic & herbs flavor)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream and Boursin cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
- You can substitute cooked chicken with sautéed vegetables for a vegetarian version.
