Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked turkey, shredded
  • 2 cups stuffing bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, sage)

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, stuffing cubes, cranberries, herbs, Parmesan, onions, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken broth gradually until mixture is cohesive but not wet.
