- 1 pound cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 cups stuffing bread cubes
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, sage)

- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, stuffing cubes, cranberries, herbs, Parmesan, onions, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken broth gradually until mixture is cohesive but not wet.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
Notes
- You can add chopped nuts or cheese for extra flavor.
- Serve with cranberry sauce or gravy for best results.
