Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the cooked chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Cook for 3-5 minutes to heat through and infuse garlic flavor.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the garlic chicken, then sprinkle generously with shredded cheese. Add optional fillings like sliced avocado or greens.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese and crisp the exterior.
- Slice the wraps in half diagonally. Garnish with chopped parsley or basil if desired. Serve immediately with side salad or dipping sauce.
