  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and smooth the surface. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
