- 12 slider buns or mini sandwich rolls
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to heat preference)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce or coleslaw mix
- Optional garnishes: chopped green onions, sesame seeds, or sliced jalapeños
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill, bake, or pan-fry until cooked through, then shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth. Adjust spice to preference.
- Toss shredded chicken with the bang bang sauce until evenly coated.
- Spread a little of the remaining sauce on the bottom of each slider bun. Add the coated chicken, top with shredded lettuce or coleslaw, and garnish as desired.
- Cover with the top bun and serve immediately. For extra crunch, toast buns lightly before assembling.
